A thoughtful approach to micro-wedding planning and elopements.
Timeless Traditions was created for couples who value meaning, presence, and a wedding day that feels intentionally paced. I specialize exclusively in intimate weddings and elopements, allowing me to focus on the details, relationships, and moments that truly matter.
The Story
Timeless Traditions began shortly after I planned my own wedding. Like many brides, I took on more than I should have — acting as the planner, coordinator, and host, rather than fully experiencing the day itself.
That experience shaped the foundation of this business.
I knew I didn’t want other couples to feel pulled in every direction on one of the most important days of their lives. I wanted to offer a planning experience that allowed couples to be present, supported, and cared for — not managing logistics behind the scenes.
What began as month-of coordination naturally grew into full planning for intimate weddings, as I gained experience and clarity around the type of celebrations I value most.
Why Intimate Weddings?
When I started planning weddings in 2022, I loved a big, celebratory, party-style wedding. I even leaned that way in my personal life. The more, the merrier, I thought. But quickly after planning my own large wedding, and even more so after having kids, I’ve found so much peace and joy in slowing things down. I value romanticizing life and surrounding myself with the people who matter the most.
In 2025, I made a shift to only take on intimate weddings with 50 guests or fewer. I found myself feeling so full and grateful after planning and coordinating micro weddings in the mountains. I also got to see firsthand how the difference in guest count affects not only logistics, like budgeting and venue sourcing, but the people themselves. My micro-wedding brides were so calm, so peaceful, so in love and in the moment. Their guests, all so supportive, honored to be a part of the day, and truly immersed in their surroundings. Making this switch has made all the difference for me. You can rest assured knowing that I’ll be bringing a calming, organized, peaceful, and joyful energy to not only the planning process, but to your wedding day, too.
Rooted in Place
Local knowledge matters — especially in the mountains.
I’m based in Montrose, Colorado and serve the Western Slope, including Ouray, Silverton, Durango, and Crested Butte. I was born and raised in Montrose and spent several years living in Durango, which means my understanding of this region goes far beyond venue lists or inspiration boards.
Mountain weddings require experience — from navigating weather and accessibility to building timelines that work with light, terrain, and vendor logistics. My role is to guide you through those details with clarity and confidence.
